Colour: A deep, lively, ruby red.
Aroma: Allspice, star anise, soft berry, strawberry, blueberry and hint of cigar box.
Palate: Blood plum, lovely acid and oak balance, textured tannins with slight caramel and brown sugar.
Cellaring: Drink now or can cellar for up to ten years.
